There are a few places you can go this holiday season to test your skills on the ice while making memories with your family. Need a dreamy, picturesque location to take friends and family that come to visit you for a fun holiday experience? Look no further!
The Indian Creek Plaza has an ice ribbon, allowing for more of us who hang on to the side for dear life to learn! It’s in the beautiful, festively decorated Indian Creek Plaza! Beyond the ice rink is Caldwell’s Winter Wonderland where over 1 million holiday lights decorate the streets, the storefronts are festive and fun, and the hot chocolate is something of a legend!
The Village at Meridian has a little ice rink near Santa’s House where you, your family, or your pet can stop by for a photo. The big, beautiful tree next to Fountain Square creates a nostalgic backdrop as you come out of the movies, walk back to the car after enjoying dinner, or go on a quest to check a few things off your Christmas gift list!
New this year is Glide on the Grove- still under construction as of the writing of this blog. It is set in the middle of the Grove in Boise and is sure to delight ice skaters of all abilities. Thanks to lots of sponsors, skating on this rink will be completely FREE. Free skating, free skates, free helmets, and free everything you need to learn!
