It’s Spring in Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon and I’m here for it! It’s the window of time where you can drive up to the ski hill and because of all that rain we had and the snow is actually really good. Then, you can grab some lunch and drive down in time for your tee time if you’re into golf. I’ve been spending more time with my bare feet in the grass and thinking of things I can grill outside.
It’s also the time that our local Farmer’s Markets come back to life! As a girl who enjoys going out to the backyard and gathering eggs from my chickens, I have a real appreciation for all the folks who come out every week, set up their booth, and offer us the creative and delicious things they have been coming up with. It takes a lot of work, dedication, and passion to be a vendor at a Farmer’s Market. If you ever stop long enough to ask, just about every one of them has a story and passion behind why they are there. You will leave feeling inspired!
