Recently “Emma” reached out to Hope In The Night With Brandi Lanai to share something pretty amazing. She works as a delivery nurse and gets to see babies enter the world on a daily basis. But, the other day, she got to cut the cord for one delivery. THAT is a pretty special moment.
I started thinking about how Emma gets a front row seat to see the awe and wonder of God. She’s witnessing these precious babies take their first breath which in itself is breathtaking. These are the moments that make life incredible.
So what was the last thing that took YOUR breath away? Perhaps not the birth of a baby, but an act of kindness, an act of grace or mercy, a mom who loves her children well, humans doing things that aren’t particularly human nature. If nothing comes to mind, perhaps it’s time to try a fresh pair of glasses.
