It’s time. Back to school time. You know what that means. Back to the daily routine. Up early, head to the kid’s school for drop-offs, back home to grab forgotten lunches and backpacks, then back to the school, kiss and cry, repeat.
You might be able to squeeze in a little work before it’s kid pickup time, sports practice time, homework time, dinner time, bath time, story time, and bedtime. Yikes, that’s a lot.
You might be worried about how you’ll fit it all in, but don’t worry, you will. Taking a little time each night to prioritize activities on the next day’s schedule will help you stay focused on what really matters. Keep your quiet time with God at the top of that priority list and ask Him to help you manage everything life is throwing your way this season. It won’t be long before you notice things seem to be falling into place.
