Our speakers this fall are Doug Armstrong, former President and General Manager of the KTVB News Group who will be speaking on finding passion through challenges, and entrepreneur Natalie Lemas, who will be speaking on missional leadership.

DOUG ARMSTRONG
Doug Armstrong retired as president and general manager of the KTVB News Group in March 2018 after steadily growing the audience ratings and local news preference ratings for 22 years. He was the founder of Drug Free Idaho and has served on the boards of the Honolulu Chamber of Commerce, Boise Chamber of Commerce and Boise Regional Economic Partnership. He has also been involved with Boise Public Schools Education Foundation, YMCA, Caring Foundation for Children and the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games.
Doug was inducted into the Boise Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame in 2013 and named 2014 General Manager of the Year by Broadcasting & Cable Magazine. He has a degree in Business Administration from Whitworth University and is currently enrolled in graduate school at the Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago. Doug claims the role of husband and father as the top priorities of his time. He has been married to Amber for 30 years and they have three children.
NATALIE LEMAS
After achieving a million-dollar net worth by the age of 30, Natalie found herself successful by the world’s standards but empty on the inside. The emptiness led her to the feet of Jesus and she became born again in 2018 while learning what it meant to live a truly abundant life in Christ. Natalie and her husband Hugo are avid investors and have grown a portfolio worth over 15 million dollars. She is the host of the Beyond Rich Podcast, which teaches ambitious entrepreneurs how to live a life full of faith, courage, and bold action. Natalie and Hugo are also the founders of TIPPS Retreat. TIPPS Retreat is a free annual personal growth conference that teaches success principles in all areas of life, from marriage to investing and mindset. Natalie and Hugo have two boys, ages 6 and 2 and their favorite thing to do is spend time together in their favorite place, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:33, “Seek first the kingdom.”
