“Heaven On Earth” is a cry for God to move in a powerful way. This prayer is found in the lyrics: “Send Your Spirit, we are crying out/Heaven on earth here and now.” We know that God is omnipresent–He’s everywhere all the time all at once. And we know that the Holy Spirit lives inside every person who has put their faith in Jesus.
