Earlier this week, a devastating house explosion in Meridian left a home completely destroyed. While the scene was one of unimaginable destruction, the homeowner called in to Mornings With Tristi and shared some extraordinary signs of hope and faith that emerged from the wreckage.
The owner who had rented the home to longtime friends, expressed deep gratitude that all the occupants escaped the explosion unharmed—a miracle in itself. As she recounted, the investigator on the scene remarked, “In all my 22 years, I’ve never seen anything like this. I can’t believe anyone walked away from this, much less all of them.”
Signs of Faith Preserved
Amid the rubble, the homeowner discovered some incredible symbols of God’s presence. A set of four crosses, hung on the wall with simple thumbtacks, remained untouched and still in place, even as the wall and surroundings were destroyed. Additionally, a bookshelf that held charred and burned books revealed a remarkable find: a Bible left completely intact!
She described these moments as “a really neat God thing,” offering hope and encouragement during such a heartbreaking ordeal.
