ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
TAMMY DE WEERD (KEYNOTE SPEAKER)
Tammy de Weerd is a passionate and collaborative community leader who led her city of Meridian, Idaho through two decades of rapid growth, centered around a strong vision of being a premier city to live, work, and raise a family–a place citizens were proud to call home. As Mayor, she helped transition the community from a city that relied on the neighboring cities to provide jobs and services, to a full-service and self-sufficient city recognized nationally for many of its programs, focus on youth, and quality of life for residents. Tammy continues to serve on the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County Board of Directors and the Meridian Chamber of Commerce Board while building and managing her business ventures.
CASEY DILLABAUGH (PANELIST)
Casey is the Owner and President of Dillabaugh’s Flooring Company, encompassing Flooring America, Carpet One, the Floor Trader Outlet, and Da Vinci Stone. As the second generation owner of Dillabaugh’s, Casey has overseen the incredible growth of Dillabaugh’s to one of Idaho’s Top 100 Privately Held organizations as well as the 21st largest specialty flooring retailer in the United States. Casey serves on the national Board of Directors for Flooring America and is the former President of the Young Presidents Organization, Idaho Chapter. He has a foundational belief in business’ responsibility toward positive impact, starting such programs as Dillabaugh’s Restores, alongside his wife, Andrea. Casey holds an undergraduate degree from Point Loma Nazarene University with a focus on Management and Organizational Communication. Casey and his wife of 18 years, Andrea, live in Eagle with their three children Kendall, Kyla, and Caleb.
NATALIE LEMAS (PANELIST)
After achieving a million-dollar net worth by the age of 30, Natalie found herself successful by the world’s standards but empty on the inside. The emptiness led her to the feet of Jesus and she became born again in 2018 while learning what it meant to live a truly abundant life in Christ. Natalie and her husband Hugo are avid investors and have grown a portfolio worth over 15 million dollars. She is the host of the Beyond Rich Podcast, which teaches ambitious entrepreneurs how to live a life full of faith, courage, and bold action. Natalie and Hugo are also the founders of TIPPS Retreat. TIPPS Retreat is a free annual personal growth conference that teaches success principles in all areas of life, from marriage to investing and mindset. Natalie and Hugo have two boys, ages 6 and 2 and their favorite thing to do is spend time together in their favorite place, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:33, “Seek first the kingdom.”
IVAN CASTILLO (PANELIST)
A native of Mazatlan Sinaloa Mexico, Ivan has lived and served the Treasure Valley for 28 years. Today, Ivan leads a Real Estate Team of agents, a construction business, and volunteers for various organizations around the Treasure Valley including the Commissioner of the Idaho of Hispanic Affairs as appointed by Governor Butch Otter, The Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The Idaho Hispanic Chamber Foundation, President of the College of Western Idaho Foundation Board, and the founding member of The Idaho Latino Scholarship Foundation. When asked about how he’s become such an incredible leader and pillar of his community, he humbly refers to himself as a servant leader.
