KTSY presents our Spring 2025 Leadership Breakfast! On Wednesday, April 30 in Twin Falls at 7am at the Hilton Garden Inn, and Thursday, May 1 in Boise at 7am at the Galaxy Event Center gather with other leaders for breakfast, networking, and talks from special guest speakers that will equip you to grow in your leadership. We want to continue to build a culture of local connection so that you can build relationships with leaders all across the Treasure Valley that encourage growth and community.
Shift: When Mindset Moves Mountains – Change your thinking, change your impact.
Leadership isn’t just about strategy or skill—it’s about mindset. The way we think shapes how we lead, how we show up for our teams, and how we respond when everything feels like it’s falling apart. In a world where circumstances constantly shift, strong leaders don’t just react—they rise. They know that what’s happening around them is never as powerful as what’s happening within them.
This leadership breakfast is about tapping into the power of perspective. We’ll explore how great leaders develop a mindset that’s rooted in resilience, clarity, and purpose—even when the pressure is on. Whether you’re leading a team, a company, a ministry, or a mission, the right mindset doesn’t just help you survive tough seasons—it empowers you to move mountains.
Join us for a morning of connection, inspiration, and practical wisdom. Because when your mindset shifts, your impact multiplies—and that’s when leadership becomes transformational. Meet, connect, and network with other leaders who share your values!
Presented by Signature Roofing and Northwest Christian Credit Union, Diamond Heating & Cooling, Bright Home Cleaning.

BOISE PANELISTS:
Jean Lockhart, COO at Boise Rescue Mission Ministries
Lockhart, an Indiana native, studied economics at Westmount College in Santa Barbara, Calif., and worked in finance for the biotech industry in San Francisco, San Diego, and Boston for 20 years before taking on the work of helping the homeless in 2008. Where she once made six figures, flew first-class, and had two secretaries to support her, she now shares her office with a previously homeless guinea pig named Scooby Doo and pitches in wherever she’s needed, be it taking out the trash or wiping a child’s nose. She’s also the legal guardian to three teenagers whose parents can’t take care of them. More about Jean

Mac Mayer, Executive Pastor, LifeChurch, Leadership Coach
Helping others to hear “Well Done,” while encouraging them to use their resources to impact the lives of others is my life’s calling. I have always been attracted to the business world and started my first company at the age of 18. That company is still operating today. By the age of 21, I owned six companies. Because of my passion for helping others succeed in business, I became a certified coach and speaker with the renowned John Maxwell Team.
I have written five books, three on business development and two geared toward spiritual success. I also founded All Win Business Strategies LLC, which provides coaching and support services for a variety of individuals, businesses, and churches. My life mission is to coach and resource individuals and churches to find and fulfill the call of God on their lives. I have been privileged to speak to thousands of people ranging from teens to seniors at a variety of community events, churches, high schools, colleges, alternative schools, and correctional institutions, sharing success, leadership, and empowerment strategies for personal and business growth. I have been married to my beautiful wife Dianne for over 30 years.
Camille Levi
Camille believes Camille “Investing in yourself is the most worthwhile investment. Act like the CEO you want to become.” Camille taught 10 years of public high school and got her Master’s degree and then quit teaching–now we’re paying off 50k in student loans and aren’t using the specific degrees–live and learn! Camille has always been a goal setter and in 2015 she ran for Mrs. Idaho America and took 2nd runner up! Having no previous pageant experience it was a win in her book, and such a fun experience. The following year Camille and a pageant sister decided to leave the crown behind and run a full marathon.
