Dear KTSY Listener,
We just have to say—thank you for your prayers. We powerfully felt them today!
Day 1 of the Fall Fundraiser (Tuesday, October 1, 2024) started out strong, and while things slowed down mid-morning, we knew God wasn’t done yet. And you kept praying! By the end of the day, we had the second biggest Fall Fundraiser Day 1 in over a decade! Yes, God showed up!
But beyond the numbers, what truly matters is how God is moving through the stories of people like you.
- Lana was homeless for a year, but God answered her prayers, and now she has a place of her own! Even while praying for a car, she gave today, praising God for His goodness.
- Lavada lost her husband in January, and KTSY has been a source of comfort through this painful season. She gave, hoping that KTSY will continue to be there for others who need God’s hope.
- Nick shared about his nephew, who was in an accident last Saturday. When Nick picked up his nephew’s work truck, he noticed it was tuned in to KTSY. A simple detail, but such a reminder that God’s love reaches us in unexpected ways.
These are just a few moments from today, but they are powerful reminders of why we do what we do—together.
So, thank you again for praying! Please keep those prayers coming! We don’t want Day 2 to slow down just because Day 1 was so strong.
And if you haven’t yet had a chance to give, it’s not too late! We still need you. You can give any time by visiting ktsy.org/donate-now.
We are so grateful for you. Thank you for making a difference in lives today!
In Christ,
